Corn Potato Chowder


    The Instant Pot recipe is below: For the cooktop: saute onions for 2-3 minutes, add bell pepper and carrots. Saute for an additional 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook covered until potatoes are fork tender. Remove bay leaf. Blend half of chowder and add back to pot. Or use an immersion blender to blend until desired consistency right in the pot.
