Victoria Moran is a bestselling author, speaker, spiritual adventurer, animal advocate, yogi
and has had guest spots on Oprah.
Moran is founder and director of Main Street Vegan Academy and has over 400 alumni in twenty-nine countries.
A certified life coach, a certified holistic counselor, and a graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Nutrition Foundation course in plant-based nutrition, Victoria is also the host of the Victoria Moran podcast.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman, MD
Joel Fuhrman, M.D. is a board-certified family physician, author, and internationally recognized expert on nutrition and natural healing.
Dr. Fuhrman is the author of seven New York Times bestsellers, including his most recent book, Eat for Life. His other bestsellers include Eat to Live, Super Immunity, The End of Diabetes, The Eat to Live Cookbook, The End of Dieting, and The End of Heart Disease.
For over 30 years, Dr. Fuhrman has shown that it is possible to achieve sustainable weight loss and reverse heart disease, diabetes and many other illnesses using smart nutrition. Dr. Debra Shapiro has practiced medicine for over 3 decades, and is Board Certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Lifestyle Medicine. She has been studying Plant-Based Nutrition for 10 years, with a Certificate from e. Cornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She is a Certified Health Coach and a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator. Her passion is using plant based nutrition and lifestyle medicine to prevent, treat and reverse chronic disease.

Brenda Davis, is a registered dietitian, a world leading plant-based pioneer and an internationally acclaimed speaker. Brenda has been a featured speaker at medical, nutrition, and dietetic conferences in 25 countries on 6 continents.
As a prolific nutrition writer, Brenda has authored/co-authored 13 books with nearly a million copies in print in 15 languages.

Katherine Lawrence is a Cornell and Stanford-trained Nutritionist who owns Food Saved Me with her husband Matthew Ireland, and is the founder of Food Saved Me Institute. They specialize in disease prevention and have taught free nutrition and cooking classes to over 20,000 students in North Texas free nutrition and cooking classes. Their approach to nutrition is fun, powerful and full of practical ideas to implement at home.
Don Armstrong
Don Armstrong is an impactful and inspiring speaker, author and survivor. A leukemia survivor, who has become a “life thriver” since his healing and recovery, Don’s story is one of transformation and impact. Dr. Catherine Gordon is a hospital-based Internal Medicine physician who also has a passion for helping patients improve their health through better nutrition. She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and has been following a plant based diet for over 6 years.
David is a life-long learner, he continues to bring his ‘learnings’ about change and transformation to both the individual and to organizations. David is a citizen of the planet who has worked with people across the globe, helping them and challenging them to change to meet their individual goals.
David has been a plant-based eater and chef for 13 years. Anita has long been in pursuit of health and fitness, both mind and body. She taught yoga for many years at local yoga studios and gyms in Frisco TX. She has been a vegetarian for 13 years and went vegan for the animals about 8 years back. She is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition by eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
